Batch verification for consumer products
Nobody believes “lab tested” anymore. Show shoppers the report.
Truestar verifies your third-party lab results against the source and publishes them as a quality report on the product page. One report per batch, signed by the labs that did the analysis.
What reports cover
01 · How it works
How a report gets made
Three steps, one report per batch.
Send us your lab documents
The certificates of analysis, lab analyses, and per-lot certificates you already have from the laboratories that test your products.
We verify them against the source
Each document is checked against its source, and each result is read against the limit that applies to it. A report is issued only when the documents hold up.
Your report goes live on the product page
Every batch gets its own report, with an ID and a verify URL printed on it. Shoppers read the evidence without leaving your page.
02 · What a report contains
Anatomy of a report
A report opens with a verdict and closes with the signatures of the people who performed the analysis. Everything between them is evidence a shopper can check.
Quality & Authenticity Report
Truestar verifies and publishes third-party test results for every batch.
No result above its specification limit.
Heavy Metals
Results reflect laboratory analysis of submitted samples at the time of testing, as reported by the named laboratories. Truestar verifies the source documents; it does not perform the analysis.
The verdict
One line at the top: all checks passed, or which one failed. Summary rows underneath show each check with its result.
The evidence
Each result carries its numbers: the measured value, the detection limit, and the specification it was read against. Method and date sit under every table.
Lab signatures
The analysts behind the results are named, with laboratory and role, as they appear on the source documents.
The source PDF
Every report links the lab report it was verified from, so shoppers can open the original and check for themselves.
The verify URL
Each report prints an ID and a URL (bytruestar.com/XX-000000) that resolves on this site, so a printed report can be checked against a live record.

Greco Gum
Greco Gum sells Chios mastiha, a tree resin with an EU Protected Designation of Origin, and publishes a Truestar report for every harvest. The current report covers a DNA identity test, a heavy-metal panel, a pesticide screen, and microbial counts, verified from documents issued by RL Labs and the Chios Gum Mastic Growers Association.
Shoppers open it from the badge on the product page and can read the source PDF end to end.

Common questions
- Who performs the testing?
- The laboratories named on the report. Truestar verifies their documents and publishes the results. It performs no analysis and sells no testing.
- Is this a certification?
- No. A report is verification and publication of existing lab results. The standards belong to the labs and the pharmacopoeias named on it.
- Why batch by batch?
- Because a lab result describes the lot that was sampled, and nothing else. Each report names its batch and stands on its own documents.
- What documents can be verified?
- Certificates of analysis, lab analyses, and per-lot certificates issued by the laboratories that test the product.
- How does it get on the product page?
- The brand adds a small Truestar embed to its page. The badge opens the report in place; the shopper never leaves the product page.
- How can a shopper check a report is real?
- Every report prints an ID and a verify URL. The lookup on this site confirms the ID and points to where the report is published.
